Tianjin Feierde Metal Products Co., Ltd., established in December 2000, operates across the power industry, metro systems, automation, smart-product development, and international trade. We are an innovative and modern enterprise specializing in the machining and assembly of metal components for MV/HV switchgear, as well as metro wheelset maintenance and automation product development. The company is located in the Tianjin Municipal Demonstration Industrial Park, Beijing-Tianjin Technology Valley Industrial Park — with a facility covering 22,000 square meters.

The company has maintained long-term partnerships with numerous internationally renowned enterprises, including over 20 years of cooperation with Fortune Global 500 company ABB. We also work with Hitachi Energy, Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Samson Control Equipment (China) Co., Ltd., Bernard Controls (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Nabco Automatic Door (Beijing) Co., Ltd., among others. Our products are exported to countries such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Italy, Germany, New Zealand, India, and more.

Over the years, we have continuously invested substantial resources into technological innovation, automation, and high-tech development. Today, the company operates specialized workshops for stamping, machining, tooling, assembly, and fully-automatic sheet metal production. We are equipped with more than 200 sets of manufacturing equipment, including CNC lathes, machining centers, stamping machines, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, thread-rolling machines, laser cutting machines, flame cutting machines, welding robots, and wire-cutting machines. Multiple automatic tool libraries and data-management terminals are also in place. Our fixed-asset investment has exceeded 50 million RMB, and our product portfolio covers more than 3,600 varieties. Through over a decade of development and group-level management practices, we have built a cohesive, highly skilled, and dedicated team of over 200 employees, including 8 staff with intermediate professional titles and more than 60 employees with a university degree or above — with high-knowledge talent accounting for one-third of the workforce.
