As the new year begins, everything is renewed. Guided by a spirit of “starting with a sprint,” the Beijing-Tianjin Science and Technology Valley has sounded the charge for high-quality development. A batch of key projects are seizing the springtime momentum and moving forward at full speed, putting into practice—with concrete actions and tangible results—the city’s “Ten Action Plans” for high-quality development and the district committee’s “3+1+1” working approach, proactively making greater contributions to the overall development of the district.
The park’s WeChat official account has specially launched a column titled “Documenting Project Breakthroughs,” focusing our pen and camera on the front lines of project breakthroughs, allowing you to experience together the vibrant innovation and spirited drive surging across this dynamic land.
Boerder New Production Line Project
The flexible automated production line, with a total investment of approximately 20 million yuan, constructed by Tianjin Feierde Metal Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Feierde”), has reached an 80% completion rate and is now 80% operational. Its core processing and manufacturing stages were put into operation in mid-December last year and have already begun fulfilling orders.
As a long-term partner of global Fortune 500 electrical companies such as ABB and Hitachi Energy, Bolde has deeply rooted itself in the power distribution sector. It has been recognized with numerous honors, including National High-Tech Enterprise, Gazelle Enterprise, and Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise. Bolde holds 22 patents and 13 software copyrights, and has obtained certifications under multiple management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.
“The market has sent us a clear signal, and our confidence stems from the sustained growth in downstream demand,” said the company’s executive. With the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid continuing to ramp up their investments, coupled with the massive demand for power distribution driven by the global construction of AI computing centers, the company’s order book has been steadily expanding. Meanwhile, the company’s core products—developed entirely through its own R&D efforts—have undergone years of refinement, and over the past three years, sales have experienced a “three-fold leap,” rising from millions to tens of millions of yuan. This year, sales are expected to surpass 40 million yuan.
Driven by strong confidence in market prospects, Fierde has integrated and built an 8,000-square-meter automated production line within the park. Upon completion, this line will establish a full-chain supply capability spanning “core components—peripheral sheet metal—assembly and testing.” While achieving a concentrated and efficient production layout, the automation upgrade will also boost production efficiency fourfold and reduce labor costs by 50%.
Currently, the company’s business has expanded to cover several countries including Norway, Poland, and India. To further expand into international markets and better serve customer needs, the company is actively preparing to establish a branch office in Europe, thereby deepening its global service network and building a new engine for growth.

This exchange visit not only deepens and consolidates the long-term cooperative relationship between both parties but also serves as a valuable opportunity to promote cultural integration and expand international perspectives.
Why is chlorine generally added in the thermal oxidation process?
What is the thermal oxidation process? The thermal oxidation process is used in semiconductor manufacturing to generate a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) layer on the surface of wafers. It is divided into wet oxidation and dry oxidation, and is mainly used in chip fabrication to create insulating layers such as gate oxide layers, field oxide layers, STI isolation layers, or protective passivation layers.
